I'm a long-term tenant in a large old apt. bldg. with lots of rusty pipes. Pascal is regularly called when there's a need. He is conscientious, really knows his stuff, listens well, and does appropriate repairs. If his prices were out of line, I don't suppose my landlord would hire him.
