I recently purchased a couple of metal planters for my home. I attempted to return them two days later to this store because they were simply the wrong size. The receipt given states the items are returnable, this mind you, is a legal and binding document. When I attempted to return the planters to the store the store refused to receive them back "because of covid and the risks". When I used the store's pen to write my information down for the manager to call me, I returned their pen to them. They were not concerned about the pen and the possibility of covid being transmitted, in fact, they threw the pen on the countertop without disinfecting it at all. Three employees were seen not wearing masks per their policies; and the manager refused to call me to discuss the situation. Be wary of going to this store.
I would highly recommend trying the Wilmore Nursery Garden Center off of County Line Road. It is important to note, this nursery accepted a return I needed to make there, with no harassment, or issues whatsoever. They were much friendlier and they do not breach their own written contracts.
