I gave them 1 star because there is no option for zero. Incompetent, unethical and untruthful. Our small nonprofit paid them for materials and never got the receipts. We gave them regular draws so they could pay the workers and they never did. The guys who did the actual work - which is NOT FINISHED 5 months later - are threatening to put a lien on our building to get their pay. They tried to apply paint outdoors in temperatures of less than 40 degrees F and were upset when I stopped them. If they had done the work in August, as they were supposed to, the temperature would never have been an issue. I wish I had never heard of them. Disaster!

Nightmare to deal with. Basically STOLE money from us. THOUSANDS! He has a temper and makes so many mistakes you have to constantly keep an eye on him. Works incredibly slow, and not good. Doesnt know what hes doing at all. Has mulitple infractions from the L&I he is not a licensed electrician or plumber. Not licensed and claimed he was. Has multiple negative reviews on facebook.

Terrible. Never finished the job that was supposed to only take a few days to complete. Excuses, no-shows, shoddy work, can’t keep employees, taking on too many jobs at once and finishing none. The review above from the nonprofit business is familiar to me in that they were working on that job while working on mine. I’m pretty sure they never finished coating the flat roof on that job because they were using the same coating on my balcony and they ran out. I finally fired them and I am completing the work myself.
