    They don't send in for repairs until you bug them at least 10 times about it. When the repair men do arrive, they leave their trash and don't finish the job. They say they are going to come back but they never do. We have received rent increases of over 10% within 1 year and they don't seem to care what the CA law says about that. The rent cap is not THAT new to CA. They treat each of their tenants differently and don't care if one harasses the other as long as the cash keeps coming in.

    The Gutz Family repair men,has come out to y house 4 times in a 3 month time frame,for heater problems,they still have not fixed the problem,and I called The Gutz office I reported the front door is not sealed air comes in around the door,the Gutz office told me to call HEAP. Gutz Office told me HEAP will fix the Problem...The Gutz Family is not realiable.
