Carlos Dominguez may have been all that he claims to be - years ago. I found him to be arrogant, conceded and irresponsible. On Angie's List - where real reviews are posted - according to his self posted five star review - he claims: "Our quality and professionalism is unmatched and client satisfaction is our number one goal!" After 3 and 1/2 days of poorly executed work, I expressed my concerns in an email that going forward I expected better performance, and that I will be looking at his work closely.
I got no response, instead he sends me a check refunding some of my deposit, but claiming full credit for unfinished work. I tried to communicate with him sending multiple text and voice messages to resolve my issues, but he remains stubborn in his silence. This constitutes a breech of contract, a kitchen remodeling project that was going to cost me close $20K mostly for his labor. Now I am scrambling to find multiple contractors to do different parts of the work he committed to do. The plumbing inspection failed, and I am fixing it myself. I am a 71 year old, very angry, frustrated - not at all satisfied - client. For a "real review" see a similar verified post by me on Angie's List.
