Similar experience as the review posted in 2018. We also hired him to do a screened in porch that took over a year and he STILL never finished the job. Took the money and disappeared. His license is revoked - be sure to look up any contractor on DPOR first. If you look up this company, you'll find a history of complaints and violations.

John Subcontracts all his contractors and clearly he isn’t paying them on time. It has been a year since my porch was started and I still don't have my final inspections. If I didn’t push on him - he would have never gotten them done. He is super nice and tells you what you want to hear by CANNOT deliver. Do not hire him!!!!!!

Agree w/above comments. He will NOT deliver. We are still trying to recoup from this scam, both financially & as a family. Do not hire him! He’ll take your $$$ & split.
