"As both a general contractor and handyman we
found Larkin to be a true professional providing
high quality work at a fair, cost effective price.
From start of the project to finish his
communication, timeliness and follow through
were excellent. He brought creative solutions to
the table and consistently looked to insure we
were happy with the finished product. We had a
tight window to get major work done prior to
moving into our condo. Larkin was able find
painters to get the entire interior done in time
plus he installed a beautiful beveled tile back
splash in our kitchen. He even helped us move
into our unit, mounted a flat screen TV over the
fireplace and put new lock sets on our exterior
doors. He is a high integrity and trustworthy
craftsman who we will not hesitate to use again.
We have highly recommended him to family,
friends and neighbors. -

Was absolutely the worst company. They give you contracts with prices and then charge 1000s more. Larkin is supposed to be the GC and he is not overseeing project and does a horrible job and his subs are also awful quality. He lies and now we have major issues with the work he did on our house. Stay away!! The worst company
