    Wow. All I can say is steer clear of this general contractor. I'm really not sure where to begin. If you are considering this contractor, I can provide you with all documentation - scopes of work (SOW), and photos of the project so that you can make an informed decision.

    I had this contractor renovate the interior and exterior spaces of my triplex. The Organic Gardener (TOG) began the demolition in Dec 2015. They indicated they would complete interior work by January 2016, extended estimate of completion to February, and then again to March. It is now November 2016, and they are not finished with the interior space, nor exterior renovation. However, the extremely poor project management is the least of my concerns. They failed to subcontract a professional installer to install professional oven and hood equipment. I cannot use the oven, nor the hood, because the hood does not properly ventilate (due to improper duct size). Had TOG used a professional installer, they could have resolved these issues when the walls were down and ceilings were open. Their response (again, I can provide you with documentation) is that they are not professional installers, and they only installed what equipment they were supplied.

    TOG gut-renovated a bathroom and installed rainfall shower and infinity drain. However, water does not drain to the infinity drain. Again, their response is that they are not professionals who install bathrooms.

    There are MAJOR deficiencies with the TOG's work, and they are almost 8 months past their estimated date of completion (using the most conservative estimate provided by contractor (March 2016).
