Chris Cho (a.k.a Kyong Cho) owner of this business is a big fraud. He does not has enough money to run the business and pay his employees. He runs out of money and does not pay his employees so his employees don't show up many times. He delays projects, stops them to mint more money from owners and then use it for something else but does not pay his workers. He took more money from me against the contract terms but still did not finish up project and left it. While leaving the project half way, he took away my things, like spray paint, left over lights, switches, etc.
His workmanship is also very poor, painting that he did is so terrible that even 5th grader can do better.. he sucked so much paint of mine..I now talked to several painters to fix his work, all of them are now charging even more because they will have to sand his work.
There are no reviews about him anywhere but strangely, I came to know that he has done the same thing with many other projects but still no reviews about him. So i am putting this review about him so that people are alert and aware of his business tactics.

Complete fraud of a contractor. We were recommended through our "designer/architect" (who also turned about to be a fraud as well) for our new business renovation. To list a just a few issues:
- He did not deliver on the items in our contract
- Did not consult us on issues with the build out
- Consistently asked for more money
- Could not pay for the materials
- Hired "sub-contractors" who did not have the necessary tools, often asked for money and complained their employer was not paying them
- Left the country without notice and told his "sub-contractors" to ask us, the owners, for money
- Almost always did not respond to any of our communication aside from the few, "Please stop texting me"
- Abandoned the project which did not pass health or building inspections
And above all never responded to or addressed our demand letter stating that the estimated cost to correct his work was more than the total job, which he was liable for.
Do not hire him. He has left his projects in the bay area all the same.
