Gert and Sergio installed my new water heater two years ago. Sergio stayed for much longer than he should’ve after installation was complete. He took extra care to figure out how to program the timer for my existing hot water recirculator which was not part of the water heater job. He didn’t have to stay, but that’s how Gert and Sergio are. True professionals willing to lend their expertise.
Some plumbing companies send NOT very qualified plumbers to do the minimal work and/or to charge you for work that is not necessary or required.
