We had our existing hard wood floor refinished and wanted the same flooring in our office added. To be fair the refinishing was fine, but the wood match was horrific. He said it would be another $2,000 out of pocket to replace the wood after it was installed. It looks terrible but I could not afford another $2,000 to get it fixed. It was his poor match choice and we went with his opinion as he was the expert. Regretting trusting his expertise.
