Mario was fantastic! We had a really bad issue with our boiler, and it needed to be cleaned and serviced right away. He came in the evening to fit my schedule, and showed up right on time. He was extremely thorough and very good at educating me about what happened with the boiler and great at explaining what he was doing to fix it. He was pleasant and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Mario to others!
I had the great pleasure of meeting Mario Conde from Thermal Pro when my heater stopped working and needed to be replaced. He came and took measurements, ordered my new heater all within a couple of days. He came on a Saturday morning at 8 AM and was done the job by 2:15 PM. He explained exactly what he would be doing and showed me how to replace the filter and how to operate the emergency shut off switch if needed. He left the work space very tidy. He is a very personable person and made sure you understood the whole process. He was very fairly priced which was a great help to me as I am on a fixed income. I would recommend Mario one hundred times over, again and again! I feel such a relief that my new heater was installed by such a great professional, thank you Mario!
