Tom presented himself very professionally before he started on the job. I hired him to remodel a downstairs kitchen. He gave me choices for my countertops & I chose & paid for quartz. Instead, I got Corean & it is not what I ordered. Told me I would not regret getting bc it is quality product. He even asked me not to go through HPM bc he has his own personal place he recommended. Now, whenever I place certain cookware on countertops , it stains. The caulking on this material has molded within a matter of 3 months. I put up a backwash with this same material behind my stove & the oil goes straight to caulking & it’s hard to get it off. Tom has not responded or offered to fix it & replace it with quartz I paid for. Plus, I had an upstairs to remodel. He did not look over the job & make an estimate , but he quoted me $100k. I would not recommend this contractor unless you have someone helping you to check out products & know what you’re getting is what you paid for. I have no confidence in builders licensed or unlicensed. Taking advantage of a woman.
