Permits

I worked for Thomas for two years while I was attending college in Atlanta. At the time I was 22yrs old. I called Thomas seeking employment after a sub contractor had given me his contact information. I was told that he might give me a chance. When I talked to him the first time he was very well mannered and friendly. I explained my situation of needing employment that I could make enough to pay my bills and still attend college full time. He put me to work the next day. When I pulled up to the job site there were about 15 men there. I asked if one of them was Thomas and was informed that he hadn't arrived yet. A van pulled up to the home and everyone visibly straightened up. With there being 15 men on the job I was expecting a 50yr old man. When Thomas got out he immediately started coordinating the days schedule. He was a 21 year old man. A year younger than me. I am 48 years old now and I had never seen and still haven't ever seen a more responsible 21 year old. This guy impressed me from the very first day. Thomas Mcfarland does things right. You will not hire a better contractor. He built some of the nicest homes in the Atlanta Metro area. I have worked on high end homes from Virginia to Florida. Some cost $5miliion to build. I haven't seen a home yet that was better built than the ones Thomas builds. He pays attention to every single detail and keeps a good relationship with the homeowner from the start. A relationship that lasts for years after the home is finished. He cares. I know his family. His parents raised him to be a good, honest person and Thomas and his wife have passed those same traits down to their children. He and his wife are involved in various functions in the community and there is no telling how many people they has helped over the years. I graduated from college with a 3.89 GPA and thanks to Thomas I was able to enjoy my time in Atlanta. I wasn't rich but I didn't struggle like a lot of college students. My education was more important to Thomas than the money, if any, that he made by working me. On several occasions if he didn't have something for me to do for a day or two, he called other contractors and found me work. Thomas Mcfarland is a true professional and a good, honest, giving individual. Most couples only build one home in their lives. It's the biggest investment they'll have. It's where they'll raise their children and share the best times of their lives. If you live in the Atlanta Metro area and want to build a custom home like you want it, Thomas Mcfarland is the only smart choice. All contractors talk a good game. With Thomas, I guarantee, you will get way more than you pay for.
