Took a long time to get the initial work done - lots of excuses. We were sold defective siding. We've spent the last THREE YEARS trying to get him to replace the siding. After much prodding and estimated the amount of replacement siding but estimated too little. He no-showed the installation so we had to hire another firm to install. Because he ordered the wrong amount, and no-showed the job, we are still left with 50% defective siding on our house! We have old and new mixed - even on the front!!! We have been after him for more than three years! Lots of excuses. Lots of empty promises. Bottom line - nothing has been done. Our time is valuable. He seems nice enough but you can't trust him and he won't get the job done. We're left with a mess that no one will touch because it's his mess! I hate to take to online reviews - but not sure what else to do! This job needs to be finished! We spent over $40,000 with Hilden!!!!
