this contractor is incompetent. He is incapable of doing even a small job successfully. While he talks as if he is very competent the results or lack of results speaks for itself. He find his crews off the street and for the most part they lack the necessary skills to do the job and he ends up throwing them off the job, pocketing their wages and leaving you with a half finished job that is of poor quality.
Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't hire this contractor.
