I had balcony that was over my garage and was leaking for years. I called a lot of different contractors and nobody could ever solve this issue one even recommending I pour 4 inches of concrete. I called Thomas Roofing and they showed up in a timely and professionally manner and explain to me where concrete met the siding that water was penetrating in. They recommend that I install a roof that would go up the wall and behind the siding and could be capable of handling foot traffic of a balcony/deck. We decided on product called dectec, and their guys did a wonderful job of installing it. I would recommend him to everybody.
