they wanted another 150.00 for some washer part that neither their office or best buy told me was needed I told them i wasn’t paying a penny more and they said they were going to call their boss which then he told me that they would eat the cost themselves. When the item was tested it had a loud noise coming from the dryer they said they never heard that before and i should call best buy and request another unit they them said if i put clothes in the unit the noise should decrease which it did after they left They also said it was a cheaper model and that could be the cause of the noise I wasn’t happy with the installation at all

Unfortunately, dealing with this company brought me nothing but distress and disappointment.
Those Gus Installations also has a lack of integrity.
I recommend you find someone else before getting involved with this company.
