    ADU project
    $44,000

    I worked with Ticon Global on my ADU project, or I should actually say I started to work with Ticon Global on my ADU project but the Owner Chris Keeton abandoned the project halfway through. I gave him $44k and he couldn't pass a rough framing inspection.

    I had to coordinate with all the trades myself, any work that Chris and his team actually did was subpar at best. He refused to remove any of the demo trash from the jobsite, he consistently would promise to do certain work and then would just not, all of this despite me consistently paying on time. He basically took my money and ran. I'm currently pursuing him in court. I highly recommend finding a different contracting service other than Ticon Global if you appreciate your money and time.
