I found their advertising as a contractor under similar name TianGong LLC at [Seattle Chinese News] & [Seattle Chinese Journal] paper at July, 2017, the owner Mr. Zhao estimate my basement renovation project (add 2.5 bathroom and divide 2 room ), he quoted a reasonable price for labor only (owner pay all materials & permits), so I paid 30% ($3,000 by check#1043) at July 25, 2017, they start work (cut cement & part framing in very unprofessional way) around same time, then I found they unable to pull permit (they don't have related license)...so I stop the work and hire a other licensed contractor for plumbing, electric & mechanical... after those part done, Mr. Zhao keep delay for resume work and finally refused working on rest part (drywall, flooring...) to finish the job as he promised and also refuse refund me all deposit.
