Worst experience ever. This builder has no concept that a good faith deposit works both ways. They need to build trust with their clients rather than alienate them. Unfortunately as soon as our deposit was taken every single discussion with Ron after that was completely confrontational. He spent maybe 30 mins on the phone with the city inspector discussing our project for a 3-season room and then quoted the project at 33% of the total value of the home. He blamed the city inspector. It became very apparent very quickly that he didn’t want the business. He wants to just sit back and collect deposits from people without doing anything for them. Do yourself a favor. Find another builder to do your project.
