I hired this company by recommendation to install a tile backsplash in my kitchen. They arrived and the entire time rushed through. They didn't protect my counters or flooring - there was thin-set on my counters window sills, cupboards, new flooring, and stove cord. There is an area on the counter where they did not remove all of the old brown grout before putting on the new white grout. They did not use spacers resulting in crooked tiles throughout. There is a huge gap next to my built-in bread box that I have no idea how I am going to correct. The tiles were installed incorrectly in one place preventing me from installing the outlet cover over the outlet. There are several areas where the mesh backing from the tiles is poking through the grout. There are also areas where there is no grout. There are chipped and broken tiles. The day after the tiles were installed I contacted the owner to tell him there were SEVERAL areas where the grout had cracked. He assured me he would come back to fix it. Throughout the almost next week, there were 5 different times he said he was going to show up and never did. I paid him $1200 to do this job and it is still not complete (also not caulked) and honestly looks pretty terrible.
