Although the work Dave completed was done very well, he promised to come back to complete a few last things for this project. 4 months later, he has stopped returning my calls and texts, and has yet to complete the items he promised to come back and take care of. I now need to hire another contractor to complete the items that Dave was paid to do and promised to complete. Four months ago, I would have been singing his praises as the work he did was wonderful. But I am leaving the end of this project with a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth. I should have never paid him the final balance due until these last few items were complete....my mistake. I cannot in good conscience recommend him.
