My experience with this group is limited to one phone call with the president and his assistant as well as an email exchange. I did speak to the president by phone who was arrogant, full of himself and condescending regarding my home project, which he had not seen. I attempted to set up a meeting anyway with the president largely due to the fact that the company had come highly recommended by friends, but he was unable to make time in his schedule for almost a month. The following month after we first spoke the president followed up with me by phone looking for my new home plans to bid our project. I provided him constructive feedback regarding his approach and my experience with his staff which fell on deaf ears. Needless to say this group was not asked to bid our project. There are too many good, honest, customer friendly builders who have people skills out there to bother with an approach like this.
