This contractor came out to fix my air conditioner and within a few days it was not working again. I called to have him come back out and was told he couldn’t come for several days. He then said he could no longer return to fix the air conditioner and now I’m trying to find someone else to fix it when I have two small children at home. I would not recommend this company!

Great experience with Jeff from TItan Mechanical. He was veryknowledgeable, accomodating and professional. SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, kept in communication, fixed the problem timely, and checked back the next day to make sure everything was ok. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN and refer to friends and family.

This company was contracted with American Home Shield to look at my AC and furnace in a home that I am trying to sell. He did not contact me to tell me that I was going to have to pay $5000 out of pocket. When I first requested the information from him, he told me that AHS was responsible for contacting me. They are not. When I later requested an copy of his evaluation from the service call (that I paid for) he said "I think I left it on the bench next to the front door." What kind of professional does not give that information to the owner of the house. I live 4 states away. He could have snapped a photo and texted it to me. Their communication is terrible. I do not recommend this company.
