After a terrible windstorm I had severe roofing issues so I contacted my insurance company who sent out three adjusters who only wanted to "Partially" repair my roof which need to be done in it's entireity after some research & discussion with friends I was advised to contact Titanium Restoration, LLC which I did. The next day I was visited by Joe Alexander of Titanium Restoration he came prepared to resolve my problem so he had his staff to go onto my roof to do an assessment of my roof after that was performed Mr. Alexander & I sat down to discuss the recommended repair to be done. My personal interaction with Mr. Alexander was much professionalism, knowledgeable, very experienced & most of all polite. I hired Titanium Restoration to repair my roof the job took a couple of days but he the work was done accurately & I was so happy & pleased with a JOB WELL DONE!!! Since then I have contacted Joe Alexander for other repairs that I wanted done & without hesitation the workers were sent out & my work was done professionally again!!! This company is the "BEST!" I highly recommend Titanium Restoration to everyone & you can ALWAYS count on MY BUSINESS!!!.

When storm damage occurs we are always skeptical about the many companies that come out trying to gain your trust and business for repairs. That was not the case for me with Titanium Restorations. Robert was AWESOME! He wasn't pushy, very polite and knowledgeable. After researching 8 companies, it was a no brainer for me to go with Titanium Restoration. They were fast, clean and respectable. The work was done so quick, I didn't recognize my home. The roof was installed in several hours. They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend the company and would use them again. KUDOS to the entire staff.

Our experience with Titanium Restorations of Bowie, MD has been an absolute nightmare of an experience so far! We had a new roof installed by Titanium in early February and things could not have gone any worse.
Their crew arrived (absent our Titanium rep/salesman) and went right to work removing the old roof. In their haste to remove the old roof, they carelessly shoved shingles, nails and other debris down every side of our house causing an incredible amount of damage to our windows, screens, doors, siding, copper porch roof, hvac units, decking, landscaping, etc. My wife, adult son and I sat inside in horror as debris rained down from the roof loudly scraping, striking and landing on every surface of our home from heights of as much as 40 feet. They had every exit blocked with debris and when I was finally able to get outside safely and try to stop the storm of falling debris, I was largely ignored by the workers on the roof and couldn't communicate with the workers on the ground as they didn't speak English. I also tried, unsuccessfully, to reach our sales rep, Jonathan, but he was apparently busy chasing storm damage business in Virginia.
So work continued on installing the new roof, also at a furious pace. Obviously rotten boards and the old flashing (20 years) were not replaced as previously agreed to in our contract and pointed out to our Titanium sales rep. The insulation baffles under the one board they did replace were just trashed and not reinstalled. On some areas of the roof they never removed all of the old tar paper before installing the new shingles. On another section of the roof they created and left open two 4” X 16” gaps to daylight. In addition, roofers swung from guide ropes tied to trusses inside our attic and as they worked, they broke out sizable chunks of roof decking which fell all over the attic as did nails, old shingles and various other pieces of debris creating quite the mess for us to clean up. There are still numerous raised and several crooked shingles that have not been corrected as well as a couple contract items that have not been completed. And best of all, the new roof leaks in several spots!
Mr. Alexander, Titanium's owner, visited and toured our damages in March and agreed to fix and/or replace some of the damages as well as pay for a fraction of other damaged items. When I asked the Titanium representatives how and why all of this damage occurred, the only response I got was “sorry the roof was steep.” Since that March visit, Mr. Alexander and our sales rep Jonathan have basically gone awol and have not returned any of my phone calls or emails attempting to schedule repairs and/or have Titanium make a damage claim with their insurance carrier. This is what Jonathan promised would happen after seeing the damages first hand and realizing what had happened.
In late May, after not hearing from Titanium for months, I decided to file a claim with their insurance company for the damages they caused. After a couple weeks passed, I contacted the insurance company to get a status report on my claim, only to be told that Titanium didn't complete our roof. Titanium claims that they subcontracted our roof to a company owned by one of their employees....their crew manager. So now I've been waiting for close to a month to hear back from this person's insurance company and we're extremely frustrated and beyond being patient.
To add insult to injury, I recently received a random email from Mr. Alexander, stating that he would like to finish his work but now the insurance investigation is holding him up. Are you kidding me? I don't hear from Titanium for months and now I'm holding up the job. Also, Mr. Alexander stated in his email that we have a balance due and that Titanium would be happy to work with us in setting up a payment plan, yet they haven't finished their contracted items or repaired any of the damages they caused and agreed to fix!
So here we sit, 5 months later, still waiting for Titanium to take responsibility and fix the mess they've created at our home...
