Worse company..!!!! we’ve had the most horrible experience.. we sign a contract back in March 20, 2021 and were still waiting for Inspection.
Don’t sign up for Panels, because its give the Building and safety permission to write you situation for other projects at your home and Titanium Solar does not take out the proper permit. They will install your panels right away , so the banks can pay them and after they take there time install your panels..
We are in November 2022 and we are still waiting -

Great idea for panels . Salesman had a great line. But follow up is the worse ever, I’m not a young man. Will not update me at least weekly. I’ve heard that the scheduler’s is bad. Bryce is my sales guy.

On dec 11, 2021 I purchased solar from salesman Rey Villegas and his girlfriend who both work for Titanium solar. I told Rey I would only get solar from him if I could have my entire patio done because that’s what another solar company said they would do for me and he agreed. On December 16, 2021 Rey had a gentleman come take measurements of my patio in which the patio measured more then he thought it would be. Rey told me the patio was going to cost more then he planned and if I wanted my whole entire patio done like we agreed then we had to increase the loan amount, which I agreed and signed the new loan documents. Rey told me everything would be finished by the first week of February. I also was told that I would not have to pay a SCE bill, I would only have my loan bill to pay smh that was very untrue. I tried to reach out to Rey plenty of times to see what was going on with the solar process and why was it taking so long. At first he would answer and just tell me what I wanted to hear or blame it on SCE and then he stop responding to my text and calls. I had to keep calling customer service just so Titnium Solar could speed up the process so I’m not stuck paying 2 bills next month. I finally received my notice from SCE to cut on March 25 thank GOD. Now I been trying to get Rey to start on my patio and he is still ignoring my calls and messages. I even left message with customer service and still nothing. Rey is getting all this money from commission including my patio money that was added to the loan. I don’t know why Rey feels like he can breach our contract and STEAL my money and get away with it. This is not ok. Titanium Solar Is this really the type of employees you hire? Is this what they are trained to do lie deceive customers out of their hard earned money just for a sale? Please if you decide to go with them or if Rey is your salesman please keep all your emails, txts, and phone calls because you never know when your going to need them.

I used these guys and 2 years later im still fighting them to fix and make it right. Titanium Solar hires unqualified help to install there Solar System. There is 36 open complaints with the CSLB and they should not be licensed. The state sent there own guy out to see what it will take to fix my Solar System cause I couldn’t ever get any one to come out and fix from Titanium Solar. Now I have to pay another contractor to finish because the guys that were sent to my house to do the install were unqualified and very poor workmen ship. The state estimates $21,750 just to make my system work after they were paid $67,000. These guys are a scam so don’t get scammed use someone else.
