I hired TJ last year around April 2022 to be in charge of the walkout entrance of my house, landscaping, concrete pad, and a few other things around my landscape. 1st issue. When the concrete pad was poured, it was poured over my Ac units. And all the pipes and hookups were buried inside the concrete. Although, TJ did find someone else to come and repair the issue, my AC units look like they were used for over 10 years from all the debris that was left from the dried up concrete. My AC units still look bad. And although a few of the squares of the concrete pad were fixed by the new company he sub contracted, he refused to fix a few other squares that were not placed properly and whenever it snows or rains it collects water and sits there. His solution was to apply concrete over it as a seal, knowing that, that solution would need to be repaired within a year. After that was “fixed” it took TJ 5 months to get the entrance of my basement going. I was left with a hole on the foundation of my house for 3 weeks exposing my family and I to anyone coming into the house. He never put any construction signs, or his license to notify the city that his company was working on the premises. Once finally the entrance of my basement was somewhat done. Since TJ subcontracts all his work and hardly ever came to check the premises, he didn’t know that no one added a water drain extension to the main water drain around the roof of the house and that cause for my whole finished basement ( tj did not do that job) to be flooded. I spend months repairing my floors, and making sure my basement didn’t have any mold. I fired Tj contractors and months later I received a letter from a lawyer stating that if I didn’t remove my complaint against Tj contractors from DOPPL he would place a lien on my house. I got a lawyer and this is the day he has not faced me. In the contract stated that I had to pay him the second part at 80% job finished and trust me. My house barely was at 70% although I still paid him like as if it was finished to the agreed 80%. I was told by the concrete company he hired they would come and fix all the little things that were damaged due to his negligence and I came to find out months later that they were threatened that if they came to my house to fix anything they would be sued. Truly I feel like a dummy. Because I thought I had hired someone professional who loved his work. Come to find out the opposite. Looking at his new reviews it seems like maybe just maybe he has learned to be more attentive to his work and take more pride. Unfortunately with us. It truly is very unfortunate the way we were treated.

Hired in April 2022 for landscape, concrete pouring, and basement entrance. TJ hardly showed up to check the work. Took 3 vacations during the process. When work was done wrong his answer was to speak with his sub contractor. In November 2022, he threatened me of suing me if I didn’t remove my concern I placed with Dopple. His insurance was expired and I was not able to submit a claim for my basement that was flooded due to his negligence. Now, he is setting petty reviews in my business page when he has never been my client defaming my name. And threatening me he will ruin me. Never encountered such a petty and unprofessional person.
