So, we found this company online. It was 5 star rated. We called Melanie, and they came out and gave us a good bid. They came out to start the job, but not before a $4,200 deposit was required. They showed up at 10 thirty the next day, spent 2 hours working, and then were AOL for the next 3 days. No contact from them. We got a hold of them, and they said they were going to be off for another week due to an emergency. After another no show,we called again, and we were told they were out of state for 2 more weeks! I called another contractor, and they came out and finished the job in 3 days! This company robbed us of a total of abou 6 grand! They left their tools behind, as well as a portable cement mixer. So, anyone needing cement tools, keep a lookout on Ebay, and you"ll know where they came from! Total ripoff!
