Do not hire this guy. Tom is a liar and a thief. Whatever you do never pay upfront with this guy. He will promise to finish but then take your money and run. Very unprofessional and vulgar. Do your self a favor and not deal with him. How is he still in business?

Tom did all the plumbing for my new construction home. I haven't been here 2 years and his terrible work has caused leaking and mold. He didn't want to come back and see how he could help, but after a couple of messages he did. Tom broke expensive marble in 2 bathrooms, left a huge mess on my floor with water, insulation, and mold but didn't find the leak. He left that for me to clean up and didn't even tell me he was leaving for the day. I didn't hear from him again until I sent photos and this update to the builder who hired him. I didn't answer. He is not allowed in my home ever again. Now I will have to spend thousands to fix the mistake that he wouldn't. I will have to pay a new plumber, a contractor to repair the drywall and tile, and have to buy more expensive marble tile and hope it matches. I would not let this man in your home.

Doesn’t deserve one star, this man should lose his licenses. Tom and team did plumbing for our new build. He left an unlicensed apprentice on site and we got a stop work order. Tom did not try to resolve it even though it 100% was his responsibility. After rough inspection/post drywall and hardwood flooring installation, we got water in the house 2 times due to his terrible work. We are currently working with a new plumber to fix Tom’s mistakes. On top of being a lousy plumber he is a liar, constantly made excuses on why he couldn’t come work.
