This contractor is currently replacing several roofs in our HOA. None of the employees are secured while working on the roof, and none of them are wearing face coverings (neither when working shoulder to shoulder with each other, nor when they interact with the residents). In addition, they leave building materials unsecured on the roof for days at a time, resulting in some of it falling down.
