The build was poorly managed with numerous mistakes. Some mistakes affected the overall quality of the granite countertops.
A significant omission had to be addressed by the owner after the build was completed, and Terry took no ownership.
If you want to build an economy home, he can do this. However, building customs homes with attention to detail is beyond his ability to manage.

My wife and I built our first new home over two decades ago. Since then we've lived in a number of homes, remodeled other homes and are now looking to build again. It was that effort that brought me to BuildZoom. Without question, the experience of building a home with Mr. Stigall still remains a VERY positive memory. We loved the thoughtful details he suggested and his help incorporating those into the build. Be wary of anonymous reviews. Our old home is 4146 Alta Sierra, El Dorado Hills and my name is Tom Costa. We're hopeful that if we build new again it's a wonderful experience like we had with TL Stigall. We highly recommend Mr. Stigall for a custom home build that's done right, on-time and follows your budget concerns.
