    Repair outside deck boards & paint deck. Replace several fence boards on yard fence.

    This contractor did not complete painting our outside deck or replacing many boards on our fence. Started the job in June and after many weeks of calling Frank & leaving messages, usually never heard back from him. His mail box is usually full. Unfortunately, he has been paid in full, so it appears that there is no incentive to get back to us. Now, the weather is such that the deck painting cannot be completed at this time. This business is not recommended!

    I did my homework before deciding on a contractor to build my deck. I knew what I wanted, got four bids and contacted previous customers, then chose TOA Builders. Frank promised to make my vision come true and he delivered. He told me he would take care of everything and that is exactly what he and his team did!
    The entire crew arrived on the day and time they were scheduled for and were hard working, respectful and fun to watch and talk to. They tore out the old deck and stacked the wood for me as I wanted to repurpose as much of it as possible. After the first day it was mainly Chris who worked tirelessly on every step. He was very patient with my numerous questions and a perfectionist with his work.
    I highly recommend TOA Builders and really can’t say enough good things about them. Fair pricing, professional, polite, hard working, and built me a beautiful deck that I will enjoy for years to come!

    They were hired by the owner to do a remodel so we could buy the home but we were involved in the re

    Horrible experience. Was buying a home that was being remodeled by this company. Told to move out in March 2021 after a bid walk through. We were renting prior. Moved out in 1 week. Company did not start work until mid April. Came by several times from my air bnb before work, at lunch time and after work several times for months with no workers or minimal 1-3 workers when I was told he had a crew of 13. Didn't answer calls in a timely fashion, did not keep a budget and went way over budget, found subcontractors that were not licensed and did unprofessional not to code work. Severely chauvinistic and talks down to women for asking questions and will yell women and crew due to low stress threshold from not knowing how to budget or supply a crew consistently. Communicates by yelling screaming not replying or blaming the client. We were out of our home from March to July which we were told four months for full home remodel. In Mid August my potential house still was not close to complete. Threw together a crew and fixed my house up in 3 weeks like some quick throw away project while it sat for almost 3 months of the 4 months were were renting at an air bnb. Communicates our living arrangements anytime we could get a hold of contractor that them being way behind was costing us extra money, stress and was told 3 times our house was ready booked a moving truck to cancel because the house was still unliveable with plumbing. Over ordered roof shingles, flooring and roof tresses by 12-15 boxes then claimed to be over budget. Found out he was remodeling his house and over purchasing our supplies to model his home per subcontractor. The quality of work shows less than 1 month was put into the project. His crew is disrespectful throws trash and cigarettes all over your property and blames low quality work on client, crew brings kids girlfriends and wives to the site that rifle threw your personal items, refrigerator and leave trash all over your house. Caught them having family bbq's at my house several times and used my deep freezer to store old donated food that they left to spoil and stink up my garage and deep freezer. The crew left months of trash on our potential house yard costing 1000 just to clean the glass shingles and trash. They do not do construction clean up and tell you to do it yourself by instructing you what to use nor honor their warranty on low quality work or errors which was to be honored for 1 year. Had several meetings and they returned four times doing worse quality work. In the end they were fired from our contract now have new contractors fixing everything they touched due to it being done poorly or not to code. Avoid this company like a plague. So much mental financial physical and emotional stress dealing with this company to still have less than standard results. Wish I could post pictures of the end results. Main contractors name is Frank, goes by Fa. Brother and book keeper is Fred, who is the only second of peace you will get dealing with this company but in the end no productive results from him either as he only does books but will promise warranty of the project by sending the same low class staff out to fix their bad work with bad attitudes
