    Yes! Avoid this guy like the plague! From the get go i showed him how floor not level, took me years to figure out how the mice were getting in. this was an addition to house that a tree had demolished. No mortar between old & new foundation, no cement slab under oil tank that is sinking next to foundation, french drain INSIDE basement, not even sloped properly to the sump pump, nothing to divert water away from the outside. on top of that i showed him how basement never had water now it does because he didn't even put a cap on drainage system in the basement, took me awhile to figure this out, I've tuckpointed as much as I could, still get water intrusion throughout new foundation. Also have windows leaking at sill when it rains for awhile. Rain also comes in under door threshold. This was 10+ years ago, probably would've had insulation issues too if I didn't do that myself. numerous nail pops throughout drywall. I'm still to find someone who'll fix this mess! Oh, and the concrete slabs that sit in the basement holding up my floor is disintegrating. This is the first time I've found anywhere to write a review. Please take heed this guy will promise to fix then ghost you.

    Todd Johnson is the realtor/contractor who "restored" and sold a house that I purchased. Very displeased with the construction of said home. The roof leaks, the windows leak, lack of insulation in the ceiling, there's cracks in the ceiling, and water damage galore. Glad he made his money putting lipstick on a pig! Avoid Todd Johnson all costs...
