TOKO LLC is not a viable landscaping company. We paid him over $200k, he took the money made a lot of excuses why progress wasn't being made, and then said he mismanaged the finances of the business, the money was gone, and he was going out of business. I hope that is true and he isn't continuing to try to get people to pay him. He's at a minimum incompetent and more likely criminally fraudulent.

If I could give this company less than a 1 star review...I would do it! I've paid this group a significant amount of money and most of the work wasn't ever done. Toko LLC owes me money, which I'm sure was mismanaged (judging by my interactions and the review above). I would think once, twice, and three times before ever doing work with this individual (which is hard for me to say...because I would love to eventually get my money back...and TOKO obviously needs jobs and money to make that happen). The amount of lies, excuses, and runaround are pretty unimaginable. BUYER BEWARE! If you are thinking about doing business with this group...think again.
