This contractor says he can put a kitchen in my basement and a permit is not needed,. $20,000 later spent on this guy, he finishes the job and we problems with several issues and he keeps saying he will come repair the issues, never does, and never brings back the 8 blinds we gave him to have cut, claims he never got them, but then we dont have them. So after I keep pushing him to come fix the issues, he files a Warrant against me for internet harrassment which I have to miss work to go to, Then he calls the county and tells them that he put an illegal kitchen in my basement and now I have to get a permit. When he said a permit was not necessary in the first place. What kind of person takes 20k from someone and then turns them into the county. We have 2 small children, a 2 year old and a 1 year old and I had been out of work for sick months, what kind of cold person does this to another human being? I am suing him in court for a very large sum. Fact: this man is a convicted felon and has several DUI's and has a violent temper, DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR, HE HIRES LOOSERS AND DOES LOUSY WORK AND DEFINITELY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND IT FOR I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY FIXING HISERRORS AND NOW EVERN MORE (WHICH WILL BE IN THE LAW SUIT) TO RIP OUT THE KITCHEN TO MAKE IT COMPLIANT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR UNLESS YOU WANT A LOUSY JOB DONE BY ANN EX-CON. I DONT TRUST THIS MAN AROUND MY FAMILY AND ESPECIALLY AROUND MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. STAY CLEAR OF HIM!!!
