This co.( man) didn't give me an estimate on the time/cost of the repairs....my fault because i didn't ask...tho I now think he should have.
He spent an approximate five hours underneath my mobile home, along with his helper/daughter..tho an hour of that time was when they left to go for lunch.
The total bill was $556.00.
A few days later when I tried to take the door off the furnace, it wouldn't budge. I called him a few times on both my landline and my cell before I finally reached him.
When I explained that I couldn't get the door off to put in a filter he told me that he would charge me to come back to my home to get the door off.
In three years, I've never had a problem removing the door to change the filter.
I would NOT recommend him to anyone...ever....

Not worth a crap. Says all the time, “i don’t have time.”
I caught him trying to put new window on black rotted frame.
I took pics. Again... he didn’t have time. He left and didn’t come back.
I Called the insurance company. I was told he wasn’t coming back to work because he doesn’t like me watching him.
He left with what the insurance company paid for to replace the kitchen floor. I got the linoleum back only because my friend said he wasn’t leaving with it. The subfloor however stayed with him.
He never mentioned he was a registered sex offender. Had I known that......he would have been sent on his way.
