I asked Tony to give me an estimate. He promised to come back the next day but never showed. He was working across the street but couldn't be bothered.

They explained it to us and it was executed exactly like they said. The budget matched the schedule and the payment draws were all milestone payments so we never felt like they were paid ahead for work. Tony and Andy are lifelong friends and balance eachother out well. We are grateful for them value engineering our project to meet our budget. We love our new open beautiful space.
