  Build a new home

  6 stars! Would we recommend this contractor? YES! Working with Mr. Ping and the director ANDY was always amicable and the results satisfying. All questions were patiently answered. They made the construction of a 2,000 + sq. ft. home a cream come true. Mahalo TOP BUILDER CONSTRUCTION, INC.

  Demolish old home and build a new one

  This is the company which built the perfect home we always wanted. After contacting several contractors, I had the chance to speak with Joyce and was convinced on the spot that this is the contractor we can work with. In subsequent visits to the house we bought (an old plantation style), her husband Xiao carefully and clearly explained to us the options of renovating the old one or tearing it down and building a new home, as well as the costs involved. In the following harrowing months in which we had to find a construction to permanent mortgage to replace the original one with another bank, both of them and the owner of the company, Mr. Lin Ping, stood solidly behind us, although that meant for them drawing a new contract and accept to provide a job under the control of a bank, in addition to that of the usual local city inspectors. All of them and the very competent and helpful architect they chose for us, Mr. Shi, helped us in every detail of the architectural planning.
  The demolition of the old house, the laying of the new foundations and the erection of the wooden framework were done rapidly and proficiently. Then COVID came, deliveries of needed materials were delayed and – despite all efforts of the company – everything slowed down. When finally they were able to work on the interior, they were with us at every step of the process from choosing the materials of walls and floors, installing the kitchen and the bathrooms to the painting of the walls inside and outside and the final clearing of the backyard. I can only admire the patience of everybody involved, especially Andrew, who was the project manager, in confirming or finalizing the several changes and the minutiae we asked for, including a last minute request of replacing the newly installed kitchen sink with another that we ended up preferring. No contractors previously in our experience have been so helpful, pleasant and capable.
  The final structure is a splendid home, built as we wanted and perfect in every detail. It is a magnificent job done by this company in the midst of all sorts of unexpected difficulties. We are very grateful to all of them and, in addition to the well deserved 5 stars, we wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who wants to build the house of their dreams.
