Two and a half weeks ago I had a leak on my old irrigation backflow prevention device. Top Sprinkler had great reviews so I went with them. They were very responsive on day 1, came out quickly to replace the part, and got paid.
A couple of days later, I noticed they did not fully tighten the union joint bolt on the system, which left a steady leak around the union bolt (more of a leak than the initial issue I called them to fix, actually). I contacted them back to see if they could come retighten it and also investigate a noise the backflow device was making - to make sure it was working properly. That was Oct. 7. Daniel responded saying he would come out and take a look. It's not been two and a half weeks of me asking him to come, Daniel giving me vague "afternoon" times for his arrival, him not showing up on THREE different occasions, him not texting ahead of time to let me know or proactively reschedule. Today was the last straw - Daniel said he would personally be back this morning to fix the issue at 8:30am. I let my work know, and waited until 9:15am, with still no Daniel, no texts to reschedule, and the issue still resolved.
Really unfortunate - and I would not recommend Top Sprinkler Repair to anyone.
