I hired this contractor to do a project. Due to the pending sale of the house and his availability changing I asked to cancel. We mutually agreed to keep the roof and the deck which were to be completed immediately. The project start date was July. He did the roof but not the deck. Stating the winter set in too fast ( concrete was being poured all over yet but companies in December because of temps!). Tried mediation, he didn’t respond. Finally went to small claims in February 2023 and was awarded judgement. Pending collection process now in court.

TL'DR: DO NOT use this business or work with Leslie.
Booked with Leslie and gave a deposit for the work. Normal. After him having to reschedule more than 5 times, I withdrew from the project as it's been incredible unprofessional and untimely. Leslie became very unresponsive and it felt like I had to nag him just to get a response about MY money that I provided to him. He "didn't have money available to refund my deposit" and told me my best bet was to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would avoid using Leslie and this "business" at all costs. Just incredibly unprofessional and does not seem like a legitimate business or a business that knows how to run properly.
