  Whole house Renovation

  Hired Topp Of The Line Remodeling to do a whole house renovation. I was more than pleased with the results. I now have a beautiful open kitchen with custom tile work. My floors are stunning. They removed the old carpet in entire unit and replaced with engineered hardwood flooring. The bathrooms are luxurious. Totally updated with a jacuzzi installed. Mosiac tiled showers are something I loved as well. I begged to have a deluxe bathroom for years. Now I have one and I'm so glad that I had it finished by a reliable trustworthy team like Topp of The Line Remodeling!

  I highly recommend this company for all your remodeling projects! I hired them to do a new kitchen and master bath. They have excellent design ideas. The custom work they do is remarkable. They are prompt and professional. I host dinner parties quite often. I receive so many complements on my new kitchen and bath. You won't be disappointed with a new home! I am planning on hiring them again.

  Structural Repair

  Do not for any reason waste your time with Topp of the Line Remodeling. We trusted this company to make structural renovations to a small single-story house and ended up being lied to and scammed out of a considerable amount of money. The business owner is very manipulative and would at every turn try to elicit sympathy with personal and dramatic explanations for the delays and for why the job was turning out as pathetic as it did. After many months and patchwork repair it became clear there was a mix-up in the payment schedule due to the addition of other repairs the business owner claimed were necessary throughout the job. He assured us if we were ahead in payments we’d be issued a refund or credit. Upon realization that we were in fact owed a refund the owner then insisted on denying he received the funds, despite confirmation from multiple bank managers that the checks were cleared. With the job still incomplete and the owner refusing to continue, he eventually became hostile in his communications and tried to extort us with an email and on a phone call by threatening a lawsuit over a fabricated amount of discounts he claimed to have given us because he was “being generous” in his estimates. We refused, then he said we should “settle” for a smaller amount which was also refused. In summary, this all spanned about a year’s time and was the most unprofessional, deceitful scam we’ve ever been caught up in.

The performance was outstanding! We had bids that came in almost double than what Topp Of The Line Remodeling charged us. The owner Mr Sipes is a caring & compassionate businessman who will go above & beyond for his jobs and his clients. I have referred Topp Of The Line Remodeling now to over five additional business associates of mine. I am more than pleased with my our new living space, master chef kitchen & master bathroom!   build out the attic and an addition

  Do not engage in any activity with Tom Sipes and Topp of the Line Remodeling. He put my family in severe danger by improperly venting our hot water heater, jury rigged with $20 worth of materials instead of having a licensed plumber do and it claimed in writing that we were in ZERO danger. He is a high pressured salesman and can't deliver quality services because he can't retain quality subs for longer than a month and will berate and ridicule you when questioned.
