Tortora Construction was hired to refinish my parent's deck in Pinehurst, NC. They suggested a new coating for the deck that soon after application, began to peel in places around the deck. The company has denied responsibility and is now asking for an additional $2000 to replace the deck planks and stain them. This project has gone way over budget and the contractor has been shifty in all of his dealings. We do not recommend this company for any project.
