Please avoid this business. His name is Blazenko Kokorovic, 04/19/1963 lives at 9405 S 200th st, Kent, 98031. I was stupid when I asked him to make a contract and he said that the handshake will work just fine. Big mistake that I also didn't do research on his name. He took first $5k to start working on flooring. He started everything, never finished anything, and demanded more money. I gave him 2nd paycheck to continie working(another $5000) and they he found more more stuff and I figured at that moment that he is scam. He destroyed my house, left it, took the money and ran away. He sent me a message that I owe him $2k for the work he did. PLEASE stay away!
Result: My house destroyed, I am $10k short, and I need work to be done.

This guy is currently operating with a suspended contractor license and has been since 2/13/2014, check the L&I site (https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/) and enter his Washington UBI # 601 933 365. You will see that he has not renewed his contractor license because he owes L&I tax debts of over 70k and has a number of judgments and fines that have not been paid. He IS NOT licensed, bonded or insured. You have to do your research on a contractor before you let them work on your house or business.

Hired him to do a remodel after a flooded kitchen, to repair the damage, had an agreed on price for the work, we had to re do all the cabinets and flooring in a number of rooms. Remove some of the wall covering and found some hidden damage, I've been in the construction arena for over 15 years and that happens. We agreed on the additional damage and to move forward. I came back after being gone and the house was ripped up, he was demanding 25% more to complete, all up front or he was not going to finish, a complete fraud, what out for this guy.

Installed Gas Water Heater. Charged a bunch of things on my credit card that was not authorized and was not even for my JOB. Definitely would not trust this person. I gave him the chance to come clean when i asked him about it, but he flat out denied charging anything extra. I then went to the Home Depot and got the receipt that shows everything. Although he did change out the water heater, the hose that went into the pipe was not properly installed. I ended up having to get new parts and install that properly.
