worst contractor you could hire. they did a terrible job on my sunroom. leaked from first day. cheated on insulation on roof and room did not fit the floor. too small and the ledge outside holds snow and rain leaking on to floor inside. windows will not slide open, took them to court and didn't get any satisfaction there either. stay away from this contractor
