Please do not use this contractor. I now have to pay $400.00 to a different contractor to fix a poor installation job they did on ductless air conditioning for my elderly parents. It has been MONTHS since I first tried to get them to come and see why the A/C was not working properly. They promised to call me back to set up an appointment; they never called me back. I called back several times, left messages, and still no return call. I gave up and called another contractor and it's probably a good thing that Total Image never called back. I found out that the unit was not working because the installation job was not done properly. So, they couldn't have fixed it if they didn't put it in properly in the first place. They are more interested in taking peoples money than doing work properly and building a good reputation. Also, they did some remodeling work in a bathroom for my parents that was shoddy.
