Run away from this builder! TP3 is a criminal enterprise masked as a contractor. Their scam works just like this:
1) They will underbid your contract (which is how most people get duped into it) and when the materials purchases come around (if they ever do) you are over budget on every single line (which is written in their contract).
2) They will take exuberant deposits up front with no work being done for months or even years or never in some cases. Its written in their contract that you pay funds BEFORE each phase of work is done which works great for them because they usually never even pass inspection (but they don't care because they already have your money at that point). OR they will find some poor subcontractor that does the work but they never pay them but guess what, in the sad state of Florida that subcontractor can put a lien against YOUR property.
3) If your one of the unfortunate few projects they do start: after several miserable attempts at building your project, they will abandon it and cut off communication with you. This usually ends up in a series of legal threats back and forth with the process being drug out as long as humanly possible until finally you settle for a fraction of the money back. Most of the time you will never see that money and you are so exhausted from the entire situation that you walk away and they have your money because its no longer worth perusing.Look up the court records and lawsuits, its all there. Don't be blinded by the sleazy charm of the TP3, they are conmen and criminals.

Issues with foundation pour, framing, roof, siding, flooring, detail work and keeping job organized. Unable to pass inspections over a year on my project that was slated to be completed in 4 months.

Trey Payne and TP3 Building Solutions commenced demolition work on my home renovation without a permit and was caught by Pinellas County. TP3 never did the plans or engineering for the permit and lied to me about the permit. In addition, they did not pay the subcontractor and kept my deposit. Stay away from TP3 and don't become the next victim.
