My experience with them was just horrible. They are messy, sloppy. I thought I hired professional, and expected fixes to be done professionally. I was wrong.
I hired him for drywall and popcorn ceiling job required in my dining room, kitchen and part of living room after water damage. We asked for uniform ceiling. He was supposed to match the popcorn with the undamaged existing ceiling as close as possible. The original part was done with gun, but he chose to do the new ceiling with roller. Texture is horrible, color is gray. The rest of the ceiling was painted with white, with roller marks showing. Most importantly, I never hired them to paint my walls. The whole first floor walls, including my family room, kitchen, dining room, and entry way have roller marks, drips and paint spatters everywhere. The whole first floors walls has to be painted. He created unexpected and unnecessary expense for us. paint on My furniture, my sons toys, blinds, fireplace. I am still cleaning after them after almost 2 weeks. On top of it, drywall patches are done so poorly, connections are visible, part of ceiling is bulging. The walls have bumps, they are definitely not smooth. Terrible spackle job. They did the job so poorly, I need to hire somebody else to get the ceiling down so we could start over. There is no way to fix it with the way it is after his work. He is proud of his 7 years of experience with no complaints. So I beg to differ.
