After we signed the contract, they were extremely slow to show up for work, and unresponsive to our repeated requests to move the project along. After 4 months and 2 progress payments, they abandoned our project, leaving us with a hole in our backyard. They are unreachable by phone, e-mail or mail. We have been forced to hire another contractor to correct the errors they made and finish the job. DO NOT HIRE TRANQUILITY POOL & SPA OR DYNAMIC POOL & SPA!!!
