Beware of this guy, he is a scammer. He has several active investigations against him for fraud and theft. He also had his license revoked as of the end of October. We had him bid a concrete job for us in August. He promised to be done in two weeks so we paid the deposit. Two weeks cam and went, he would make up lots of excuses as to why it wasn't done. After two months, we got suspicious and started investigating. We found that he had scammed a whole group of people (us included). We asked for a refund and he has promised about 15 times to have the money "tomorrow", but it will never show back up. Don't get scammed bytl this guy, there have been too many of us already.
